NewWave FinTech Consulting is led by Scott Harvey, a seasoned banking and fintech operator with more than three decades of experience owning outcomes across strategy, operations, technology, delivery, and customer-facing teams.
Scott has personally done the work across the full lifecycle, from support and implementations to development, QA, product, professional services, and executive leadership, and then led those functions at scale in complex, regulated environments.
That experience shapes how NewWave operates. Scott leads engagements directly, bringing executive-level problem framing, independent judgment, and hands-on leadership support when clarity, credibility, and execution matter most.
